Matt's Kolsch (all-grain)

This beer has been brewed a couple times with good results. The first batch took third place in the Light Ale category of the California State Homebrew Competition.

OG: 1.048
SRM: 3.2
IBU: 27
ABV: 4.8%

8.5 lbs German Pils Malt
1.0 lbs Malted White Wheat

0.8 oz Hallertau Hersbrucker Hops (4.4% AA) - 60 min
0.6 oz Tettnanger Tettnang Hops (4.2% AA) - 60 min
0.3 oz Hallertau Hersbrucker Hops - 30 min
0.3 oz Hallertau Hersbrucker Hops - 0 min

(all hop pellets)

White Labs WLP029 German Ale/Kolsch Yeast

Fermented at 65°F
Cold-conditioned two months at 40°F
