This is a special beer that was brewed for a club competition/experiment.
Everyone brewed the same recipe and compared results. Differences resulted
from differing hop schedules, brewing systems, and techniques.

5 gal Batch
6 lbs. American 2-row Malt
3 lbs. Hugh Baird British Pale Malt (2-row)
1 lb. American 60L Crystal Malt
.5 lb. Cara-Vienna Malt
.5 lb CaraPils (Dextrin) Malt
Mash : 153°F till conversion
1 - 1.5 oz. Goldings - Bittering Hops (Depends on AAU's)
(1 oz. will work if hops are 5.3% AAU's or higher)
1 - 1.5 oz. Goldings - Flavor/Aroma Hops
Yeast: White Labs British Ale
* Nothing can be added or taken away. Hop schedule and brewing technique are
up to you!
(Should be a good session brew!)
